You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
Customers should look to the item's product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the live sale page very carefully.
For Eligible Items we may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 1 week from the date it was shipped to you.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Store Credit will show on your account 4-5 business days from the day we receive your returned item. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances, the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time.
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or replacement. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as hangers, hang tags, shoe boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(d) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

How many days?
You have 10 days to return an item from the date of receipt.
How many times can I return/replace an item Per Order?
Only once per order. The replacement is applicable only once per order. Replaced product won't be replaced again.
Partial return is acceptable.
Can I get a cash refund If I am not satisfied with the product ?
Currently the "Try & Buy" option is not available on the site. So we are unable to process 'cash refunds' for product dissatisfaction due to colour, quality or size. We offer store credits to buy any other product from the site or a replacement option.
In case of damage, we will give you a full refund.(full refund is applicable only if the product gets damaged while transportation/ the product package is tampered/open). In such cases, you need not accept the product from the courier executive and immediately inform us. We will give you a full refund after inspection.
Note: We will refund the amount within 15 working days.
The mode in which we will receive the payment the same mode it will be refunded.
How do I return?

2) How the product reaches back to Curious village?
We will arrange a pick up within 10 days after receiving the return request. There is no return pick up facility available in Kerala, West Bengal, Orissa and some remote areas. (In such cases the buyer needs to send the item back to us through a reputed courier/speed post. Don't worry!! we will guide you how to return the item to us.)
You need not worry about the courier charges to ship the item back to us. We will refund the actual courier charges paid by you or Rs 200 per kg, whichever is minimum, in the form of store credits.
Points to be noted:
(f) In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance. All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 - 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required. Curious Village takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when Curious Village approves it.
(g) All Specially Made orders are non-returnable.
